Once your payment has been confirmed, please allow 1–3 business days for us to process, prepare and package your order.
Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

After your order has been dispatched, standard delivery within the United States usually takes approximately 5–12 business days.
Worldwide Shipping
Mirelunova offers shipping to the United States and supported international destinations worldwide.
International delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier service, customs processing and local delivery conditions. Available shipping options and estimated delivery information will be displayed at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take care to package Mirelunova tableware securely for transit. If your order arrives damaged, defective, broken or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number together with clear photographs of the affected item and its packaging. Our customer care team will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
